Digital Download Policy

Thank you for purchasing a digital product from Causeways Palette.

All products sold through the Causeways Palette website are digital and are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

Delivery

After your purchase is complete, your digital files will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary slightly, but most orders are received within a few minutes.

If your email does not arrive, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting me.

File Access

Please save your files to a secure location after receiving them. You are responsible for downloading and storing your purchases for future use.

If you experience difficulty accessing your files because of a delivery issue, please contact Tracey at support@causewayspalette.com, and I'll be happy to help.

Personal Use

Unless otherwise stated, digital products purchased from Causeways Palette are for personal use only.

Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, copied for sale, or used to create products for commercial resale without prior written permission.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically, all sales are final. Please see the Return Policy for additional information.
