Hedgerow Rose
Meet Hedgerow Rose
Creamy roses bloom among deep olive foliage and earthy brown branches, while a pale seafoam sky brings light into the garden. Discover six colors inspired by the beautiful contrast between delicate flowers, rich shadows, and the warmth of a garden in bloom.
WHAT DREW ME IN
I'm not usually a huge peach person, but there's something about the way these creamy, peach-colored roses sit against those moody greens and browns that I absolutely love. And then there's that pale seafoam green in the background, which makes the whole photograph even more beautiful.
It's very serene to me. I could picture this hanging in a spa or yoga studio, somewhere you're getting a massage, meditating, or just taking a little time for yourself. The flowers are beautiful on their own, but I think it's the combination of those lighter petals against all that darker foliage that really drew me in.

THE STORY
A narrow garden path runs beside a hedgerow that's grown beyond its fence. Beneath the leaves, branches twist together and disappear into the darker parts of the garden.
Roses have opened wherever the sunlight reaches, their petals catching a little warmth as the morning moves along.
Above them, a pale stretch of sky appears between the highest branches. A breeze stirs the leaves, revealing bits of weathered wood and stems that were hidden a moment ago.
One rose leans toward the path, heavy with petals. Nearby, a smaller bud stays closed.
A petal slips free and lands among the leaves. The branches shift again, and a new patch of light finds its way through.
A Place Between Light and Shade
The roses catch your eye, but it's the darker foliage and that pale glimpse of sky that bring everything together. In Hedgerow Rose, the warmth of the flowers sits alongside the earthy greens and deeper shadows, creating a palette where each shade has its place.
